Noida is the only city in NCR where DevOps interviews regularly happen at India headquarters. HCL's HQ is in Sector 60. Coforge's HQ is on the Expressway. Paytm runs from Sector 5. When you interview in Noida, you're talking to the team that owns the platform decisions. This course is built for those rooms — plus the Adobe and Samsung R&D loops that test live Kubernetes debugging, not theory.

Noida's DevOps job market has a structure you won't find in any other NCR city. Three completely distinct employer tiers sit within a 10-km radius — and they run three completely different interview processes. HCL and Coforge, both headquartered here, hire at scale and take career switchers. Adobe and Samsung R&D run live Kubernetes debugging rounds that filter out everyone who's only done tutorials. Paytm and Policybazaar want engineers who can talk about autoscaling at 2 AM when payment systems are failing.
Most DevOps courses treat "a DevOps interview" as a single thing to prepare for. In Noida, that approach will get you ready for none of these three rooms. This course is structured differently: we map the curriculum explicitly to tier, so you know exactly which skills open which doors, and we run tier-specific mock interviews so you practice for the room you're actually targeting.
The 20-week program covers everything from Linux foundations to ArgoCD GitOps and DevSecOps — with Phase 3 built specifically around the live Kubernetes debugging format that Adobe and Samsung R&D use to screen candidates. Weekend-only, max 10 students, taught by a working TCS engineer who debugs production clusters between sessions.

Most training institutes prepare you for "a DevOps interview." There's no such thing in Noida. An HCL screening, an Adobe loop, and a Paytm round test completely different muscles. If you don't know which room you're walking into, you'll prepare for the wrong one.
The volume hirers. HCL alone runs continuous DevOps hiring across Sector 60 and Sector 126. Coforge — headquartered right on the Expressway — and Nagarro are mid-caps growing faster than the big five, with leaner teams and quicker promotions. The work is enterprise-scale: multi-team Jenkins pipelines, strict change management, audit logging for global clients.
The depth tier. Adobe's Sector 25 office is famous for live troubleshooting rounds — they hand you a broken Kubernetes deployment and watch you debug it. CrashLoopBackOff, OOMKilled, pending pods. Samsung R&D in Sector 62 runs similar exercises for their device-cloud infrastructure. No amount of theory survives these rooms — only lab hours do.
The scale tier. Paytm's infrastructure handles festival-day traffic spikes that would flatten most systems. Policybazaar runs high-volume quote engines. These teams care about cost optimisation, autoscaling behaviour, and incident response — because every minute of downtime is measured in crores.
HCL, Coforge, and Wipro hire DevOps at volume — and they hire career switchers. Gurgaon MNCs mostly don't touch freshers. If your goal is breaking in, Noida's Tier 1 employers are statistically your fastest path.
Start at HCL or Coforge (₹6-9L) → move to Adobe, Samsung R&D (₹14-22L) → senior platform roles (₹18-28L). All without leaving a 10-km radius. No other NCR city has all three tiers this densely packed.
At Coforge HQ or Paytm, the architects who choose the stack sit in your building. That means real ownership earlier — and promotion decisions made by people who've seen your work, not a manager nine time zones away.
A 2BHK near Sector 62 or in Greater Noida West runs ₹15-22K. The equivalent near Cyber City Gurgaon is ₹35-50K. Same NCR job market, very different savings rate in your first two years.
Eight phases, weekend batches (Saturday + Sunday, 10 AM–2 PM IST). Every phase ends with something deployed and demonstrable — because Adobe's interviewers don't ask what you know, they ask what you've broken and fixed.
Linux file systems, permissions, process management, Bash automation. Python for DevOps with boto3. Git branching strategies — GitFlow and trunk-based — at the discipline level HCL and Coforge enforce on enterprise repos.
Jenkinsfile pipeline-as-code and shared libraries — the enterprise Jenkins patterns Tier 1 interviews probe. GitHub Actions matrix builds. Azure DevOps Pipelines in YAML. Secrets management and pipeline security.
The Adobe-prep phase. Multi-stage Docker builds, K8s deployments, services, ingress, HPA, StatefulSets — then deliberate breakage: CrashLoopBackOff, OOMKilled, pending scheduling, and you fix them live. Helm chart creation from scratch.
Terraform modules, remote state with S3 + DynamoDB, workspaces, drift detection. Full build: VPC + EKS + RDS + IAM provisioned, destroyed, redeployed to prove repeatability. Ansible for configuration management.
Both clouds at equal depth: AWS (EC2, VPC, EKS, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch) and Azure (AKS, Key Vault, Azure Monitor, ARM/Bicep). Preps you for AWS DevOps Professional and AZ-400 — the two certs Noida JDs name most.
PromQL, recording rules, alerting. Grafana dashboards. Loki and the ELK stack. OpenTelemetry distributed tracing. This is the phase that wins Tier 3 interviews — Paytm and Policybazaar live and die by their monitoring.
ArgoCD GitOps workflow with ApplicationSets and multi-cluster deployment. Trivy container scanning, SonarQube SAST, HashiCorp Vault, OPA/Gatekeeper. The layer that separates a 2026 resume from a 2020 one.
Four deployed portfolio projects with public GitHub repos. Tier-specific mock interviews: HCL/Coforge-style enterprise round, Adobe/Samsung-style live debugging, Paytm-style scale-and-incident round. Plus resume, LinkedIn, and salary negotiation.
Job titles lie in Noida — "DevOps Engineer" at HCL and "DevOps Engineer" at Adobe are different jobs with different pay bands. Tier is what predicts your salary.
| Role / Tier | Salary Range |
|---|---|
| Tier 1 Entry (HCL, Coforge, Wipro) | ₹6–9 LPA |
| Tier 3 Entry (Paytm, Policybazaar) | ₹7–11 LPA |
| Tier 2 Entry (Adobe, Samsung R&D) | ₹9–12 LPA |
| Mid-level across all tiers | ₹8–16 LPA |
| Tier 2 Mid (Adobe, Samsung R&D) | ₹14–22 LPA |
| Senior / Platform Lead | ₹18–28 LPA |
A switch from a support role at ₹5 LPA to a DevOps role at HCL at ₹8 LPA adds ₹25,000/month. The Complete DevOps course is ₹35,000 — the salary difference covers it in under 6 weeks.
Your trainer manages multi-region AWS EKS infrastructure in production — Terraform modules for 38 Java microservices, ArgoCD GitOps, Prometheus monitoring. When he explains CrashLoopBackOff debugging, it's because he fixed one last Tuesday, not because it's on slide 47.
APTRON, Softcrayons, and Ducat run Noida classrooms of 30-50. At that size, your stuck Kubernetes pod waits until after class — if it gets looked at. At 10, every debugging session becomes a group exercise. That's the difference between watching DevOps and doing it.
We deliberately break clusters and make you fix them, because that's literally the Adobe Sector 25 interview format. Candidates who've only followed happy-path tutorials freeze in those rooms. Ours don't — they've seen the error before.
Saturday and Sunday, 10 AM–2 PM, live on Zoom. Keep your current job at HCL or Coforge while you upskill. No crossing the DND or fighting Sector 18 parking for a classroom. Every session recorded for revision.
Three different mock interview tracks — enterprise (HCL/Coforge style), live-debugging (Adobe/Samsung style), and scale-incident (Paytm style). You practice for the room you're actually targeting.
No registration fee, no exam voucher add-on, no "placement guarantee" upsell. EMI over 3 or 6 months. Noida classroom institutes charge ₹50,000–80,000 for larger batches and older syllabi. We pass the no-office savings to you.
One price, everything included. Weekend batches fill at 10 — when a batch is full, the next one opens.

HCL / Coforge support and L1/L2 engineers — The most natural career switch we see. You already understand incidents, uptime, and infrastructure. The course adds CI/CD, Kubernetes, and Terraform — converting an ops resume into a DevOps resume. Internal transfers at HCL Digital and Coforge cloud teams typically pay 1.5–2x base.
JIIT / Amity / Galgotias freshers — Realistic timeline is 10–14 months from course start to first offer. Build all 4 portfolio projects to deployed status, earn CKA or AWS cert, then target Tier 1 volume hirers. Freshers who complete everything compete fine against experienced candidates.
Developers and QA engineers in Noida IT parks — Your coding background gives you a significant head start in scripting and automation. DevOps engineers at Adobe, Samsung R&D, and Paytm earn 30–40% more than developers at equivalent experience levels.
Professionals targeting HCL/Coforge → Adobe/Samsung lateral moves — The Noida career ladder is unusually clear. Spend 18–24 months at Tier 1 building production experience, then the Tier 2 jump to Adobe or Samsung R&D becomes accessible at ₹14–22 LPA.
Anyone in Greater Noida, Indirapuram, or Ghaziabad — Live online sessions mean you skip the cross-city commute entirely. Saturdays and Sundays, 10 AM–2 PM — done before lunch. Every session is recorded for revision.
Live online sessions mean your location doesn't matter. No Sector 18 parking. No DND crossing on a Saturday morning. Wherever you are in NCR, you're 0 minutes from class.

Real feedback from people who've completed the DevOps training
Honestly, I was skeptical at first — another DevOps course, right? But the hands-on AWS and Docker projects changed everything for me. The Kubernetes module was tough but worth it. I completed the DevOps training with Shifttotech and got my first DevOps Engineer role 2 months later. The instructors actually respond to questions, which is rare.
The CI/CD pipeline projects were exactly what I needed. I was struggling with Jenkins at work, and this DevOps course cleared up so much confusion. The Terraform and AWS infrastructure sections helped me automate deployments at my company. Worth every rupee. Only wish the batch size was even smaller!
Best career decision I made. The Kubernetes section is truly comprehensive — actual deployment scenarios, not just theory. The Prometheus and Grafana monitoring module impressed my interviewers directly. Got promoted to Senior DevOps Engineer 6 months after completing the Shifttotech DevOps certification course. The mentor support is genuinely excellent.
What does this cost, all-in?
₹35,000 — and that's the whole number. No registration fee, no exam voucher add-on, no separate placement charge. EMI over 3 or 6 months if you'd rather split it. Noida classroom institutes typically charge ₹50,000–80,000; we're cheaper because there's no physical office overhead, not because the curriculum is lighter.
I work at HCL/Coforge in a support role. Is DevOps a realistic switch?
It's the most common switch we see from Noida — and one of the most natural. L1/L2 support and NOC roles already give you incident handling, uptime thinking, and infrastructure exposure. What's missing is the automation layer: CI/CD, Kubernetes, Terraform. Add that, and you're a candidate for HCL Digital or Coforge cloud teams internally (typically 1.5-2x base) or a lateral to another Tier 1 employer. Timeline from course start to offer: usually 5-8 months for this profile.
What's the deal with Adobe's DevOps interviews?
Adobe Sector 25 runs live troubleshooting rounds — a deliberately broken Kubernetes deployment, screen shared, and they watch you work. Pods in CrashLoopBackOff, OOMKilled containers, services that won't route. It filters out everyone who learned from videos without lab time. Our Phase 3 is structured around exactly this: we break clusters on purpose and you fix them, repeatedly, until the errors feel familiar instead of terrifying.
Should I target Noida or Gurgaon for my first DevOps job?
For a first role: Noida, almost always. HCL, Coforge, and Wipro hire DevOps at volume and take career switchers — Gurgaon MNCs mostly want prior experience. The smart NCR play is: break in via Noida Tier 1, build 18-24 months of production experience, then choose — lateral to Noida Tier 2 (Adobe, Samsung R&D) or jump to the Gurgaon MNC corridor.
Is the training classroom or online? Most Noida institutes have physical centres.
Live online, deliberately. APTRON sits in Sector 63, Softcrayons in Ghaziabad-side, Ducat in Sector 15-16 — fine if you live next door, brutal if you're in Greater Noida West or Indirapuram and need to cross the city every weekend. Our sessions are live on Zoom (not recordings), 10 students max, with full recordings shared after. You get classroom-level interaction without the commute tax.
I'm a fresher from JIIT/Amity/Galgotias. What's my realistic timeline?
10-14 months from course start to first offer — and we'd rather tell you that now than after you've paid. The path: complete all 4 portfolio projects to deployed status, earn at least one certification (CKA or AWS), then target Tier 1 volume hirers where fresher DevOps intake actually exists. Freshers who finish everything compete fine against experienced candidates; freshers who do half the projects don't.
Do you cover Azure, or is this AWS-only?
Both, at equal depth. Noida's Tier 1 employers run mostly AWS for client work, but Microsoft Sector 18 and a growing set of enterprise accounts are Azure-first. Phase 5 covers AWS (EC2, VPC, EKS, S3, RDS, Lambda) and Azure (AKS, Key Vault, Azure Monitor, Azure DevOps Pipelines) — and preps you for both AWS DevOps Professional and AZ-400.
What are the 4 portfolio projects?
(1) End-to-end CI/CD: GitHub Actions → Trivy scan → SonarQube → ECR → EKS via Helm. (2) Terraform IaC environment: VPC + EKS + RDS + IAM, remote state, destroyed and redeployed to prove repeatability. (3) ArgoCD GitOps pipeline with demonstrated rollback plus Prometheus/Grafana dashboards. (4) A Noida-tier-specific project — enterprise pipeline for Tier 1 prep, K8s platform engineering with HPA and cost alerts for Tier 2 prep, or autoscaling + incident tooling for Tier 3 prep. All deployed, all on public GitHub repos.
How is this different from APTRON, Softcrayons, or Ducat?
Three structural differences. Batch size: 10 hard cap versus their 30-50. Trainer: a working Senior AWS DevOps Engineer at TCS who manages production EKS infrastructure — versus full-time trainers who left hands-on work years ago. And prep style: tier-wise mock interviews built around how HCL, Adobe, and Paytm actually screen — versus a generic syllabus. Ask any institute to show you a recent graduate's GitHub with deployed projects. We share ours at the demo class.
HCL and Coforge will get you in. Adobe and Samsung R&D will pay you properly. Paytm will teach you scale. The Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD depth that unlocks all three is the same — and it's exactly what these 20 weeks build.

I completed the DevOps training in Bangalore with Shifttotech after 3 years as a manual QA tester. The Kubernetes and AWS modules were the most valuable — I built 4 real projects that I showed directly in interviews. Landed a DevOps Engineer role in HSR Layout at ₹11 LPA within 6 weeks of finishing the course.
