Noida classroom institutes typically charge ₹50,000–80,000; we're cheaper because there's no physical office overhead, not because the curriculum is lighter.

I work at HCL/Coforge in a support role. Is DevOps a realistic switch?

It's the most common switch we see from Noida — and one of the most natural. L1/L2 support and NOC roles already give you incident handling, uptime thinking, and infrastructure exposure. What's missing is the automation layer: CI/CD, Kubernetes, Terraform. Add that, and you're a candidate for HCL Digital or Coforge cloud teams internally (typically 1.5-2x base) or a lateral to another Tier 1 employer. Timeline from course start to offer: usually 5-8 months for this profile.

What's the deal with Adobe's DevOps interviews?

Adobe Sector 25 runs live troubleshooting rounds — a deliberately broken Kubernetes deployment, screen shared, and they watch you work. Pods in CrashLoopBackOff, OOMKilled containers, services that won't route. It filters out everyone who learned from videos without lab time. Our Phase 3 is structured around exactly this: we break clusters on purpose and you fix them, repeatedly, until the errors feel familiar instead of terrifying.

Should I target Noida or Gurgaon for my first DevOps job?

For a first role: Noida, almost always. HCL, Coforge, and Wipro hire DevOps at volume and take career switchers — Gurgaon MNCs mostly want prior experience. The smart NCR play is: break in via Noida Tier 1, build 18-24 months of production experience, then choose — lateral to Noida Tier 2 (Adobe, Samsung R&D) or jump to the Gurgaon MNC corridor.

Is the training classroom or online? Most Noida institutes have physical centres.

10-14 months from course start to first offer — and we'd rather tell you that now than after you've paid. The path: complete all 4 portfolio projects to deployed status, earn at least one certification (CKA or AWS), then target Tier 1 volume hirers where fresher DevOps intake actually exists. Freshers who finish everything compete fine against experienced candidates; freshers who do half the projects don't.

Do you cover Azure, or is this AWS-only?

Both, at equal depth. Noida's Tier 1 employers run mostly AWS for client work, but Microsoft Sector 18 and a growing set of enterprise accounts are Azure-first. Phase 5 covers AWS (EC2, VPC, EKS, S3, RDS, Lambda) and Azure (AKS, Key Vault, Azure Monitor, Azure DevOps Pipelines) — and preps you for both AWS DevOps Professional and AZ-400.

What are the 4 portfolio projects?

(1) End-to-end CI/CD: GitHub Actions → Trivy scan → SonarQube → ECR → EKS via Helm. (2) Terraform IaC environment: VPC + EKS + RDS + IAM, remote state, destroyed and redeployed to prove repeatability. (3) ArgoCD GitOps pipeline with demonstrated rollback plus Prometheus/Grafana dashboards. (4) A Noida-tier-specific project — enterprise pipeline for Tier 1 prep, K8s platform engineering with HPA and cost alerts for Tier 2 prep, or autoscaling + incident tooling for Tier 3 prep. All deployed, all on public GitHub repos.

How is this different from APTRON, Softcrayons, or Ducat?

Three structural differences. Batch size: 10 hard cap versus their 30-50.
