Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any course, accessing our website (shifttotech.co.in), or using Shifttotech Academy's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Shifttotech Academy.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not enroll in our courses or use our services. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications to these terms.

Course Enrollment and Payment

When you enroll in our training programs:

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Course fees must be paid in full or as per the agreed EMI schedule before accessing course materials
• All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes
• Payment can be made through our authorized payment partners (Razorpay, PhonePe, UPI, Bank Transfer)
• Once enrolled, you will receive access credentials within 24 hours of payment confirmation

Course Access and Delivery

Our training programs are delivered as follows:

• Live Classes: Conducted via Zoom/Google Meet on scheduled days and times
• Recordings: Class recordings are provided for enrolled students with lifetime access
• Course Materials: Study materials, assignments, and projects are accessible through our learning platform
• Batch Size: Maximum 10 students per batch to ensure quality interaction
• Duration: Course duration is as specified at the time of enrollment (typically 8-20 weeks)

Student Responsibilities

As a student, you agree to:

• Attend live classes regularly and complete assignments on time
• Maintain professional conduct during classes and interactions
• Not share course materials, recordings, or access credentials with others
• Not record or distribute class sessions without permission
• Use course content only for personal learning purposes
• Actively participate in placement assistance activities if enrolled for placement support

Intellectual Property Rights

All course content, including videos, study materials, assignments, code examples, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Shifttotech Academy and is protected by copyright laws. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or sell course materials
• Upload course content to public platforms (YouTube, Udemy, etc.)
• Share login credentials or course access with non-enrolled individuals
• Create derivative works from our course content for commercial purposes

Violation of intellectual property rights may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

Placement Assistance

Our placement assistance program includes resume building, interview preparation, and referrals to hiring companies. However, please note the following:

• We provide placement assistance, not placement guarantee
• Job placement depends on individual performance, skills, interview performance, and market conditions
• We cannot guarantee employment outcomes or specific salary packages
• Placement support is provided for up to 6 months after course completion
• Students must actively participate in the placement process and attend scheduled interviews
• We share student profiles with hiring partners only with explicit consent

Payment Processing & Billing

The following applies to all course fee payments made on shifttotech.co.in:

• Payment Gateway: All online payments are processed securely via Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.
• Accepted Payment Methods: Credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, and EMI (subject to bank approval). Bank transfer is also accepted — contact us for details.
• Currency: All transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• GST: ShiftToTech Private Limited is registered under GST. GSTIN: 07ABTCS9143D1ZX. Applicable GST will be shown at checkout.
• Invoice: A digital payment receipt and enrollment confirmation will be emailed to your registered email address within 24 hours of successful payment.
• Payment Failure: If your payment fails or is declined, no amount will be deducted. If an amount is debited but enrollment is not confirmed, it will be automatically refunded to your original payment source within 5–7 business days by the payment gateway. Please contact us immediately if this occurs.
• EMI Payments: EMI availability depends on your bank and card eligibility. Shifttotech Academy does not charge additional interest — any EMI interest is levied by your bank.
• Refund Method: All approved refunds are credited back to the original payment source (bank account, card, or UPI ID used at the time of payment) within 7–10 business days.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Please refer to our Refund Policy page for detailed information. In summary:

• Full refund available within 7 days of enrollment if not satisfied
• No refund after 7 days or after completing 20% of the course
• Batch transfers are allowed within the first 7 days

Certification

Upon successful completion of the course (minimum 80% attendance and completion of all projects), you will receive a course completion certificate from Shifttotech Academy. Certificates are issued digitally and can be verified through our website.

Limitation of Liability

Shifttotech Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use our training services
• Technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or platform downtime
• Job placement outcomes or salary negotiations
• Third-party actions or services (payment gateways, video platforms, hiring companies)

Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the course fee paid by you.

Course Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Update course curriculum to reflect industry changes and best practices
• Reschedule classes due to trainer availability or technical issues (with prior notice)
• Change course fees for future batches (enrolled students are not affected)
• Discontinue courses with low enrollment (enrolled students will receive full refund)

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services if you:

• Violate these Terms and Conditions
• Share course materials or credentials with unauthorized individuals
• Engage in disruptive or unprofessional behavior
• Provide false information during enrollment
• Fail to make scheduled EMI payments

In case of termination for violation, no refund will be provided.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify enrolled students of any material changes via email. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
